摘要
考虑螺旋桨脉动压力与轴承力的影响,开展了螺旋桨激励力对舰船振动的影响研究;分析了某舰船在最大航速、巡航速度下等不同航行状态下的舰船振动,得到了不同航行状态下舰船的振动响应;计算结果表明:高航速下螺旋桨激励力对舰船的振动有一定影响,低速时螺旋桨激励力对舰船的振动影响不大;对于同一航速而言,双桨同时工作较四桨同时工作时的振动偏大,从减小振动角度出发,宜采用四桨同时推进的方式航行。
Considering the influence of the pulsating force of propellers and bearings, this paper exarmnes me influence of the pulsating force of propellers on the vibration characteristic of a warship. The vibration of a warship subjected to propellers' excitation at maximum speed and at cruising speed is studied. The result shows that propellers' excitation has a certain degree of influence on the vibration of the warship when it moves at high speed, while insignificant at low speed. When the warship moves at a certain speed, it's vibration during tow propellers working is greater than what during four propellers working simultaneously. Four propellers working together is recommended to minimize the vibration of warship.
