摘要
针对沿海核电站户外电气设备防污闪设计问题,根据沿海厂址污秽特征,结合国内外防污技术现状及发展趋势,以大亚湾核电站为例,分析了户外电气设备防污设计、防污措施及运行经验,提出在沿海核电站防污闪设计中采用新标准的建议,并概述了新标准现场污秽度评定和设备绝缘配置方法及实施办法,可为类似沿海区域电气设备防污设计提供参考。
Focusing on outdoor electrical equipment anti-pollution flashover design for coastal nuclear power plant and combination of present status and development of anti-pollution technology at home and abroad, according to the coastal site contamination characteristics, anti-pollution flashover design, anti-pollution measures and operation experience on outdoor electrical equipment of the Daya Bay nuclear power plant are analyzed. And then the new standard of anti-pollution flashover design for coastal nuclear power plant is proposed. At the same time, it summarizes the contamination evaluation and electrical equipment ,insulation disposition method together with implementation method. These illustrations provide reference for electrical equipment anti-pollution flashover design for coastal nuclear power plant.
