摘要
目的探讨福利院养育者在福利院儿童唇腭裂术后心理康复中的作用，希望增进唇腭裂儿童身心健康，使其尽早回归家庭，融入社会。方法通过筛选和培训，挑选“责任妈妈”对福利院内35名3～9岁唇腭裂术后孤儿进行照顾和教育，干预时间为1年。采用（（Conner＇s儿童行为量表（父母卷）》分别在干预前、后对儿童进行测评。结果干预后量表中的所有因子分值均有下降，其中品行问题、学习问题等分值低于常模（P〈0．05），冲动一多动、多动指数分极显著低于常模（p〈0．01）；干预前．后的因子分有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论“责任妈妈”团体在一定程度上改善了福利院儿童的行为问题，回应了儿童的社会化需求。
objective To explore the role of fosters in the psychological rehabilitation of orphans after cleft lip and palate surgery and to improve the mental health of these children. Methods The fosters were selected and trained to provide caring and educational support to 35 orphans of 3-9 years old for one year. The children＇s behaviors were evaluated with Conner＇s Children Behavior Inventory （for parents） before and after the intervention. Results （1） All scores of the factors in the inventory decreased after the intervention. The scores of behaviors and learning were lower than the norm（P〈0.05）.（2）The impulsive-hyperactive and anxiety scores were significantly lower than the norm（P〈0.01）. （3）There were significant differences between pre- and post-intervention scores （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The fosters make constructive contributions to improve the behaviors and meet the socialization needs of orphans.
