摘要
读者信用制度相对于商业信用制度的特殊性,以及Web2.0带来的阅读环境的变化,决定了以安全防范为目的的读者信用制度的发展存在局限性。读者注意力的分流和图书馆的产业升级促使读者信用制度的发展应以惩戒防范和激励吸引并存,并侧重于激励吸引。因此,将读者信用制度与积分制相结合,采用消费联盟和异业联盟的发展模式,将带给读者信用制度以丰富的发展空间。
The distinctive features of the reader credit system compared with the commercial credit system and the changes of the reading environment brought about by Web2.0 determine the limitations of the reader credit system in development, for it's designed for security and prevention purposes. The split-flow of readers' attention and the upgrading of library industry impel the reader credit system to develop with the coexistence of punishment and prevention on the one side and encouragement and attraction on the other with the emphasis on the latter. Therefore, the integration of the reader credit system with the point system and the adoption of the development pattern of consumer unions and horizontal alliances will give the reader credit system broad space for development.
