摘要
通过共沉淀法制备了系列金属氧化物催化剂。以2-乙基己醇为原料,经常压催化脱氢合成了2-乙基己酸。考察了原料配比、催化剂种类及加入量等对2-乙基己酸收率的影响,确立了适宜的反应工艺条件:原料配比为n(2-乙基己醇)∶n(氢氧化钠)=1.6∶1,以复合氧化物CuO-ZnO为催化剂,加入量为3 g,此条件下2-乙基己酸的收率可达到71%,纯度为94.5%。
2-ethylhexanoic acid was synthesized by 2-ethylhexanol with sodium hydroxide in the presence of catalyst which was prepared by coprecipitation method and under atmosphere.The effects of mole ratio of raw materials,variety and dosage of the catalyst on the yield of 2-ethylhexanoic acid have been studied in the experiments,and the better reaction conditions are established,which are as follows: mole ratio of 2-ethylhexanol to sodium hydroxide is 1.6:1,the catalyst is CuO-ZnO,and the dosage of which is 3 gram.Under above conditions,the yield of product is about 71% and the purity is 94.5%.
