摘要
论述了单晶硅太阳电池组件中存在的热击穿现象,这是不同于组件热斑效应的另一种物理现象,它对组件的寿命可靠性会构成威胁。对引起太阳电池组件热击穿的原因进行了分析,并提出相关解决方法。
The thermal breakdown in the monocrystal silicon solar cell modules was discussed. This is a physical phenomenon different from the well-known hot-spot effect of solar cell module, which can bring threat to the security of module's lifespan. This work did some analysis to the cause of thermal breakdown of solar cell modules, and also put forward some relevant solutions.
