人口老龄化是二十一世纪全球面临的难题。在老龄化社会里，高龄老年人是一个普遍受到观注的群体。高龄老年病人的麻醉倍受观注。本文从高龄老年人的生理特点、椎管内解剖特点、高龄老年病人CSEA技术、适应症和禁忌症、并发症等几方面的应用作以综述。为高龄老年病人的腰硬联合麻醉在临床上的应用提供理论上的依据。
