亚低温治疗对心肺复苏后脑保护作用的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 据调查,在发达国家发生院外心搏骤停的概率约为每年36-128/10万,其中,实施了心肺复苏术的患者约占86%,而这些患者中却只有大约17%-49%的能恢复自主循环,并且绝大部分患者最终有脑功能的损害,而导致其死亡或致残的原因是心搏骤停后大脑的缺血、缺氧性损伤。因此,如何在心肺复苏后尽可能地恢复完整的脑功能成为当今众多学者关注的焦点。目前诸多研究表明,亚低温治疗对心肺复苏后脑功能起到很好的保护作用,本文就此做一简要的综述。
