摘要
针对电加热锅炉夹套温度控制的大滞后、时变性等特点,设计了基于预测模型的模糊-PID(Fuzzy-PID)控制器。建立了预测模型,利用模糊规则调整预测模型系数K值,使加入预测模型的Fuzzy-PID控制器的动态性能和稳态精度都得到了很大的提高。在M atlab中实现了Fuzzy-PID控制的仿真,进行了试验测试,通过仿真和试验可看到加入了模糊控制规则的控制器比常规PID控制器响应更迅速,超调小、且抗扰动能力增强。试验结果表明,该控制方案下的控制效果较好。
In the light of such specific features of the temperature control over the clapping sleeve in an electrically-heated boiler as a big lagging and time variation etc.,designed was a fuzzy-PID(proportional,integral and differential) controller based on a prediction model.After the above-mentioned prediction model has been established,by employing the fuzzy principle,the coefficient K value in the prediction model was adjusted,resulting in a great enhancement of the dynamic performance and steady state precision of the fuzzy-PID controller added by the prediction model.In Matlab,a simulation of the fuzzy-PID control was realized and also experiment ally tested.From the simulation and experiment,it can be seen that the controller provided with the fuzzy control principle responds more quickly and has a smaller overshoot and greater capacity to resist the disturbance than a conventional PID controller.The test results show that the control effectiveness by adopting the control scheme in question is relatively good.
