摘要
通过对山西省煤炭企业履行社会责任的现状进行分析,结合企业社会责任宏观理论与我国煤炭企业履行社会责任的微观经验,从政府和企业两个层次分别提出完善煤炭企业履行社会责任的对策。
Based on the analyze of situation about Shanxi coal enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility , and combined with the macro-theory and micro-experience of the corporate social responsibility, measures of fulfill the corporate social responsibility from two levels of government and enterprises are set.
