摘要
研究了山东泗水东亚钳蝎毒对麻醉猫和犬血压的影响。实验结果表明iv0.06mg/kg蝎毒明显升高猫和犬的血压(P<0.05或P<0.01),妥拉苏林能拮抗蝎毒的升压作用。iv0.18mg/kg蝎毒血压呈先降后升双相变化。
We researched the effects of scorpion venom of Buthus martensii Karsch (abbreviated BmK)on blood pressure of anesthetic animal. When the scorpion venom of BmK 0.06mg/kg were administered by intravenous injection in anesthetic dogs and cats, thier blood pressure were raised by 1.6～1.9KPa (P<0.05)and the action of raised blood pressure of venom of BmK was turned over by Tolazoline. If the scorpion venom of BmK 0.18mg/kg are administered by iv, thier blood pressure appeared double phase variety which was raised after depression.
