摘要
目的研究永州黄姜有效成分的提取方法及杀灭钉螺效果。方法用甲醇连续提取薯蓣皂甙并研究其灭螺效果。结果连续提取法提取出的薯蓣皂甙纯度为43.58%,含量为126.21mg/L。杀灭螺效果80mg/L的黄姜提取物处理3天后,钉螺死亡率100%。结论永州产黄姜的提取物具有较好的杀灭钉螺效果。
Objective To study the extraction techniques for effective component of Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright from Yongzhou and its molluscicidal effect. Methods Sequential extraction work on dioscorea with methanol was conducted to research its molluscicidal activity. Results The purity of diosgenin with continuous extracting was 43.58% and the consistency was 126.21 mg/L.All oncomelanias were perished while being processed for 3 days with 80 mg/L dioscorea extracts. Conclusions Dioscorea extracts from Yongzhou has presented well performance as molluscacide.
