摘要
从灌浆料、施工工艺和相关技术规范三方面介绍国内、外预应力混凝土结构施工过程中管道灌浆的应用与研究现状。目前,管道灌浆料研究与应用水平差、管道灌浆相关技术规范相对落后是导致国内管道灌浆质量普遍较差的原因。建议从发展预拌商品灌浆料;改进灌浆工艺的研究,开发全机械化、全自动化控制的计量控制系统;借鉴国外先进管道灌浆技术规范来编写国内管道灌浆技术规范,制定更为全面、严格的技术指标以及更为接近现场实际的测试手段等方面来提高我国管道灌浆技术水平。
The current status of application and research of duct grouting in construction of the domestic and foreign prestressed concrete structure is presented from three aspects of the grouting materials,construction technology and the related technical specifications.Currently,one of the major causes leading to the commonly existing poor quality of the domestic duct grouting can be attributed to the low level application and research of the grouting materials and the relatively lagging technical specifications.It is hence suggested that the techniques of the duct grouting should be improved preferably from aspects of promotion of the commercial grouting materials,research for improvement of the grouting construction technology,development of the completely mechanized and automated measurement and control system,compilation of the domestic technical specifications for the duct grouting with reference to the advanced foreign technical specifications,formulation of the more all-inclusive and stringent technical indices and also the testing means that is still truer of the actual situations in field.
