摘要
目的观察眼钝挫伤患者眼球血流动力学的变化。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声技术对30例患者(34只眼)和50例正常人(100只眼)的视网膜中央动脉(CRA)和睫状后动脉(PCA)进行检测。结果①患者组CRA和PCA的最大血流速度(Vmax)增加,最小血流速度(Vmin)降低,阻力指数(RI)明显增加(与对照组比较P值分别<0.05、>0.05和<0.01)。②患者组急性期与恢复期比较:CRA的Vmax和Vmin有显著性变化(P<0.05),RI亦有显著性差异(P<0.01),PCA的血流变化不显著(P>0.05)。结论眼钝挫伤使眼球供血出现异常,其中以CRA变化显著,恢复也慢,PCA反之。
Objective\ To observe the change of ocular hemodymics in ocular contusion. Methods\ With high resolution color Doppler flow imaging, thirty patients (34 eyes) and fifty normal subjects (100 eyes) were observed. The peak systolic velocity (V max ), the end diastolic velocity(V min ) and resistance index (RI) of the central retinal artery (CRA) and the posterior ciliary artery (PCA) were compared in the two groups. Results\ ①Compared with the normal subjects, the patients with ocular contusion showed a increased V max in CRA and PCA ( P< 0.05) and a increased RI in CRA and PCA ( P< 0.01). ②All blood flow parameters of CRA in the patient group were significantly different between acute period renewal period: the patients in the renewal period of ocular contusion showed a decreased V max ( P< 0.05) and RI ( P< 0.01 ), a increased V min ( P< 0.05) in CRA compared with that in the acute period. Conclusions\ Abnormal blood supply of eyeball is present in ocular contusion. The changes of CRA is marked than PCA and the convalescence of CRA is slower than PCA.
