摘要
根据ISO11554:2006提出的测量和分析方法,利用LabVIEW软件开发平台,进行了激光脉冲波形的自动测试系统的研发,对该系统的硬件系统、软件系统进行了详细论述。经试验验证,各项设计要求均符合设计要求。
A testing system for wave shape of laser pulse is developed on LabVIEW, with it＇s measurement method in accordance with ISO 11554：2006.The architecture of hardware and software is presented in the article in detail.
