表面活性剂—聚合物二元复合体系评价指标探讨 被引量:11

摘要 表面活性剂SP-1及石油磺酸盐KPS与聚合物分别复配为二元复合体系。通过实验对比评价了这2种二元复合体系的物理模拟驱油、降低油水界面张力、乳化原油、改变岩石润湿性及抗吸附等的能力。虽然KPS二元复合体系与原油界面张力为6.2×10-2mN/m,但在4组驱油实验中,有3组采收率提高值都高于界面张力为9.1×10-3mN/m的SP-1二元复合体系;SP-1乳化原油能力较差,在很短时间内油水两相就分离清楚;而KPS乳化能力较强,24 h油水两相仍然未完全分离;SP-1二元复合体系使原油从亲油岩片上剥离需要390 s,而KPS则只需20 s;经4次静态吸附后,KPS二元复合体系与原油间界面张力变化不大,而SP-1二元复合体系经2次吸附后,与原油间动态界面张力变化较大。综合分析认为,二元复合驱驱油效率是各项性能综合作用的结果,超低界面张力不是评价二元复合驱用表面活性剂的绝对必要指标。 Through physical simulation oil-flooding, interfacial tension, oil-emulsion, wettability and adsorption tests, two flooding systems of SP+polymer and KPS+polymer are evaluated and compared. Although the interfacial tension (IFT) between KPS/ polymer combinational solution and oil is only 6.2×10-2mN/m, its increments of oil recovery are higher than those of SP/polymer combinational system, and it can decrease the oil/water IFT to 9.1×10-3mN/m. Oil emulsification of the SP/polymer combinational system is so ineffective that oiL/water two-phase can be separated clearly with each other only in a short time. While the KPS/polymer combinational system is quite different, oil/water two-phase may maintain separated absolutely in 24 hours. Oil drop is peeled off from lipophilic rock section in 390s by SP/polymer solution, but only 20s in KPS/polymer system. The IFT between KPS/polymer system and oil is not changed obviously after 4 times of static adsorption, but after 2 times adsorption, the dynamic IFT between SP/polymer system and oil is remarkably changed. All results above show that oil displacement efficiency of binary combinational flooding is a multi-loading of different properties, ultra low IFT is not an absolutely necessary index of performance evaluation for surfactants used in binary combinational flooding.
