摘要
高职院校从企业聘请的兼职教师是学术职业中的一个特殊群体,作为技术专家,他们来自于企业等组织,拥有高职教育所需的经验与技能,熟悉企业文化与市场化的职业规则。同时,作为从事第三级教育的教学工作者,他们缺乏相应的教学理论与技能,对高校教育工作者的角色与相应的教学文化有着隔阂。
Part-time teacher employed from enterprise by higher vocational colleges is a special group of academie profession. As technology experts, they come from commercial organization such as enterprise and corporation, with the experience and skills that higher vocational colleges need and familiar with the career rules of enterprise culture and market. But at the same time, as the educators in higher education institutes, they are lack of instructional skill and theory, and not used to the culture of teaching.
