摘要
以牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa)为试材,高温胁迫(30、35、40℃,对照25℃)后分别测定了电解质渗透率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理生化指标。结果表明,高温胁迫处理后,牡丹叶片的电导率和游离脯氨酸丙二醛含量增大,过氧化物酶活性升高,并且有随着高温胁迫强度的增强而上升的趋势。表明牡丹具有一定的抗热性,能通过一系列保护性的生理生化反应适应一定程度的高温胁迫,从而说明牡丹受伤害程度与逆境胁迫强度有关,并与牡丹抗逆性的强弱有关。
The material was Paeonia suffruticosa Andr,and 25 ℃ as the contrast、Leaves of Paeonia suffruticosa were treated under high temperature(30 ℃、35 ℃、40 ℃)stress.The results showed that the electrolyte leakage and free proline content in leaves were larger than normal,the activity of peroxidase(POD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) also increased.And with the heat stress intensity continue to show an upward trend,it was found that the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.had a strong cold-resistance and hot-resistance,and can reduce the injury through a series of physiological and biochemical reaction.It explained that the injure degree of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.was related to stress intensity,and to the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.resistance.
