摘要
分析了目前医学高校实验室开放管理模式存在的主要问题,阐述了革新实验教学模式是提高实验教学质量培养高素质创新型人才的根本途径,提出了建立实验室开放新的管理模式方法和手段。
This paper analyzes the management problems of lab opening in medical college,elaborates that innovative experiment is a fundamental way which improves the quality of training to cultivate high quality talents,gives the new methods and means of management.
