摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈和数理统计等研究方法,对蹦床网上成套动作技术进行了综合研究,提出了成套动作连接技术的概念,并从运动学的角度对连接技术各阶段的基本技术进行了分析,提出了主要诊断方法。研究表明,连接技术是蹦床网上成套动作技术环节的主要特征,是成套动作成功与否的关键技术,在蹦床成套动作编排与训练中应引起高度重视。
With literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods,it studied trampoline technique.The article defined the concept of connection technique and analyzed various stages basic skills of connection technique from kinematic point of view.The study got the main diagnosis.The results show the connection technique is the main feature of complete sets of actions and is also the key technology of successful completing actions.We should attach great importance to the connection technique in trampoline training and arrangement action.
