介绍了项目的提出背景与研究内容， 项目所取得的研究成果及学术创新，并指出了其科学意义与应用前景；介绍了本项目的特色成果之一——基于Ａｇｅｎｔ的分布式网络化ＩＭＳ原型系统。
The background of the project is introduced. Then the achievements are presented and the scientific significance and applications prospect for manufacturing industry are pointed out. Finally, a prototype of the distributed network-based intelligent manufacturing system, which is one of the outstanding achievements of the project, is presented.
