摘要
"十二五"时期,是民族地区抢抓新机遇、实现新跨越,全面建设小康社会的关键时期。面对新形势、新任务,必须科学判断和准确把握发展趋势,深化对民族地区区情的认识,充分利用各种有利条件,推动经济社会发展再上新台阶,努力实现各族群众过上更好生活的新期待,从而形成民族团结、和谐稳定的大好局面,为民族区域自治制度的进一步完善奠定坚实的基础。
The term of ＇the twelfth five-year plan＇ is the key period for seizing the opportunity,realizing new leap and constructing well-off society.Facing new situation and task,we should scientifically judge and grasp developing trend,deepen the cognition of regional condition in ethnic areas,make fully use of various advantages,promote social development to a new level and endeavor to realize people＇s expectation for better life,which will create a new prospect of national unity and harmonious stability and lay solid foundation for further improvement of regional national autonomy system.
