摘要
利用Flotherm软件对LED路灯散热器进行建模与仿真.结果表明,改变LED路灯散热器翅片的高度、宽度及个数,对芯片的结温有显著影响.优化后的散热器结构尺寸为:散热器翅片高度65 mm,宽度为1.2 mm,个数为20个;此时散热器的温度为52.6℃,低于LED路灯正常工作温度(60℃).散热器最高温度与环境温度成正比.上述模拟结果对LED路灯的散热设计具有指导意义.
The LED's heat sink was modeling and simulated by Flotherm.The results of simulation showed that changing of height,width and number of the fin of heat sink had a significant effect on temperature of chip.When height,width and number of the fin of heat sink are 65 mm,1.2 mm and 20 respectively,the temperature of heat sink reaches the lowest and is 52.6℃,which is 60 ℃ lower than normal work temperature of LED.The highest temperature of heat sink is in direct proportion to environment temperature.The analysis results make theoretical references for the thermal design of LED.
