摘要
目的观察采用综合治疗方法对慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法选择慢性盆腔炎患者共240例,随机分为观察组和对照组各120例,对照组给予联合抗生素治疗,观察组则在此基础上联合中药及微波综合治疗,比较两组患者治疗1个疗程后的效果。结果观察组的总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(80.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合治疗对慢性盆腔炎具有更好的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 240 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, there were 120 cases in every groups, the patients in control groups received treatment with antibiotic, the patients in observation groups received treatment with antibiotic and additional microwave combined therapy ,a month after treatment, therapeutic effect was contrasted between control groups and observation. Results Effective power of treatment was 80. 83% in control groups and was 96. 67% in observation groups, effective power of treatment was higher in observation groups than in control groups, the difference was singificant in statistics（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Combined therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease could obtain better therapeutic effect.
