摘要
对河南某地黏土钒矿进行无盐焙烧—碱浸出,碱浸液进行除硅净化试验。结合絮凝法和膜分离法的优点,提出了一种新的除硅方法。考察了浸出液pH、絮凝剂用量、絮凝温度和时间对除硅效果和钒损失的影响。最佳条件下,除硅率达90.85%,钒损失率为6%。该法除硅比较彻底,所需时间短,且钒损失少,除硅后的浸出液满足后续提钒要求。
The experiment of removing silicon from alkai leaching solution of salt-free roasted clay,He'nan was carried out.Combining the advantage of flocculation and membrane separation,a new method to remove silicon was established.The effects of leaching solution pH,flocculant dosage,temperature and flocculation time were examined.Under the optimum conditions,the desilication rate was up to 90.85% with vanadium loss rate of 6%.The method was relatively a short time and small vanadium loss rate.The leaching solution after treatment satisfied the requirement of downstream vanadium extraction.
