摘要
从心律失常的病因病机、病证结合、辨证论治等几个方面,介绍了张静生教授辨证治疗心律失常的经验。即心脏虚损为发病基础,同参肝胆脾肾诸脏,脉症结合,病证结合,强调明辨虚实寒热,扶正与祛邪兼顾,合理遣方用药。
This article introduces professor ZHANG Jingsheng＇ s experiences of diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias from the pathogenesis and treatment. Namely,vacuity of the heart is the basis of reflux arrhythmias, and the diagnosis is an interdependent tapestry where the holistic complex of the liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidney are set alongside the integration of pulse and symptom, disease and pattern ,especially the deficient and excess, the cold and heat, in order to understand it. And he takes the principle of combining the treatment of reinforce and restraint, meanwhile,reasonable treatment and prescription should also aim at different additional pathogenic factor.
