摘要
目的:了解成都市城乡居民健康档案管理现状,为制定卫生政策提供科学依据方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,调查成都市8家社区卫生服务中心和8家乡镇卫生院居民健康档案管理现状。结果:全市居民建档率35.8%,城区和远郊高于近郊;73.5%的健康档案填写合格,城区和远郊的档案填写合格率高于近郊;48.9%的档案在最近一年内有相关服务的动态记录,城区和近郊档案使用率高于远郊。结论:增加健康档案数量的同时,提高档案质量和利用率。
Objective To study the status of residents＇ health archives management in Chengdu,and provide evidence for health policy making.Methods The status of residents＇ health archives management in eight community health centers and eight township health centers was surveyed with stratified random cluster sampling.Results 35.8% of residents in Chengdu had health record.The rate of residents with health archives was higher in urban areas and suburb than that in rural areas.73.51% of health archives were quality-certified.And the rate was higher in urban and rural areas than that in suburb.48.9% of health archives had updated record of health service in this year.And the rate was higher in urban areas and suburb than that in rural areas.Conclusion The quantity of resident health record needs to be increased.Furthermore,its quality and rate of application should also be improved.
