摘要
本文以PIN 二极管为例,采用一维模型,用数值分析方法计算了二极管的正、反向J-V 特性,并与用解析表达式计算的结果进行比较,揭示了以往器件设计中的局限性,同时还提出了此方法在器件设计与制造中的应用前景.
In this paper we take PIN diode for example,computing the forward and reverse J-V charac-teristics of the diode by the numerical analysismethod in the one-dimensional case.At the sametime,we compare these computation results withthose obtained by analytic experssions and revealthe limitations for diode design in the past.Onthe other hand,the application prospects ofthis method is presented in the design andfabrication of diodes.
