摘要
注水开发的油田,进入中、后期生产阶段时,由于原油含水大幅度上升,油田地面工程需要经过较大的调整改造才能适应中、高含水期生产。断块油田多,比较分散,工作量大,这种调整改造的工作量更大。结合史南油田进入中、高含水期生产的实际,必须从规划布局、集输工艺、污水处理等方面着手,对现有地面工程设施做好调整改造工作。油气集输系统采用不加热输送工艺,常温密闭脱水工艺,高效的密闭污水处理工艺,完全能在基建工作量较少的情况下,使地面工程适应高含水期生产,且运行能耗和成本也随之降低,取得较好的经济效益。
Combined the Practice of Shinan oilfield entering middle-high water cut period the authors do well the plan and overall arrangement works and improve the gathering and transferring technology, disposal sewage etc so that in less work amount of capital construction the oilfield surface engineering can meet the needs of high water cut period. The production cost decreased and good benefit resrlt gained.
