摘要
从高校实验管理体制改革的必要性出发,在对高校实验管理模式比较的基础上,确定了"直管+托管"的实验室管理模式,并针对改制过程中出现的问题,介绍了改进管理的具体措施和新体制的运行情况。
Starting from necessary reformation of laboratory management system in university and based on the comparation of laboratory management modes,＂direct management and delegated management＂ are proposed.At the same time,faced with the problems in reformation progress,concrete measurements for improving the management and operation performance of new management modes are introduced.
