摘要
文章采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、比较法、数理统计法,对我国曲棍球后备人才梯队建设、资金来源、场地设施投入、教练员情况等诸多影响我国后备人才培养的因素进行调查研究,进而找出制约我国曲棍球后备人才发展的因素及解决办法和途径,提出我国曲棍球后备人才培养对策。
In ways of documentary research,questionnaire survey and expert interviews,this essay studies on the factors influencing the development of young Chinese hockey players such as training of talented youngsters,source of funds,investment in venue constructions and the general state of coaches,which concludes in the solutions of problems and policies of future development.
