摘要
简要介绍电力通信综合网管系统中采用的关键技术和功能,结合电力通信网的特点和项目实际,对电力通信综合网管系统设计、开发中的问题进行初步探讨,并提出电力通信综合网管系统中需要重视的问题,以保证电力调度控制可靠运行。
This essay introduces the key technologies and functions of the electrical power INMS.Based on the features of the EPCN and real projects,this essay also discusses about the design and development of the electrical power INMS together with the important factors in it,to ensure the operational reliability of the power dispatching control.
