摘要
燃气透平发电机是平台生产的心脏,直接为平台各个系统输送电能。透平发电机能否正常工作直接关系到平台能否正常生产。大功率机械设备在高速运转的条件下难免不出现各种故障,操作人员只有具备解决燃气透平发电机随时出现的各种故障的能力才能保证透平机组的正常运行以维持平台的正常生产。介绍了绥中36-1油田透平发电机在调试和使用阶段出现的一些典型问题以及解决这些问题的过程和方法,这对处理以后其他透平发电机出现类似的问题具有一定的参考意义。
Combustion gas turbine generator is the heart of an offshore platform,which supplies power to every system on the platform directly.Normal operation of the turbine generator has direct effect on normal production of the platform.It's hard to avoid some kinds of mechanical failures when high-power equipment operates at high speed.Each operator shall be able to settle any failure occurring probably at any time in turbine generator operation so as to ensure proper operation of turbine unit and normal production of the platform.Analyzed are some typical problems occurring in test run and operation of the turbine generator used in SZ36-1 project and introduced are processes and methods of settling the problems,which has some reference values for settling similar problems occurring probably in other turbine generators.
