摘要
B7分子属免疫球蛋白超家族成员,表达于多种免疫细胞和非免疫细胞上。抗原提呈细胞表面的B7分子与T细胞上的相应受体结合可提供T细胞活化的第二信号,从而调节和控制T细胞的活化、增殖及免疫应答。B7家族成员在感染、肿瘤以及自身免疫性疾病等发病机制中起着关键作用.选择性阻断协同刺激分子有望能成为临床治疗这些疾病的一种新途径。近年来,B7H3、B7H4和B7H6等新的协同刺激分子的发现使B7家族变得更加多元化,且随着研究的深入,对B7家族各成员的特点和免疫调节机制的认识不断发展,为临床治疗相关疾病提供了更好的前景。
B7 is a members of immunoglobulin superfamily and are expressed in many immune cells and non immune cells. When B7 is on the surface of antigen presenting cell is engated by its receptor on T cells, it provides critical positive second signals that regulate the activation, proliferation and responses of the T cells. B7 family members also play a vital role in the pathogenesis of infections, tumors, and autoimmunity diseases etc. Selectively interrupting the costimulatory molecules may be a new way in the clinical treatment of these diseases. In recent years, the newly discovered members of B7 family such as BTH3 ,B7H4 and B7H6 make the family more and more diverse. In addition, the reeognition on the characteristics of B7 family may provide a better prospect for the clinical treatment of related diseases.
