^18F-FDG-PET/CT在肺癌放射治疗靶区勾画中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 ^18F-FDG-PET/CT将FDG-PET图像与cT图像相融合,能获取患者全身的解剖与功能代谢信息。陆佩欧等[1]报道,PET/CT和PET/CT联合局部薄层高分辨CT(HRCT)诊断肺孤立结节的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为89.5%、77.3%、85.O%和97.4%、81.8%和91.7%。^18F-FDG-PET/CT对肺癌的早期诊断、鉴别、分期、疗效评价、预后方面比传统的CT、MR/等解剖影像技术更有优势。由于PET/CT的应用,部分患者因检出转移淋巴结和隐匿远处转移灶而重新分期,由此使37%的肺癌患者修正了治疗计划[2]单独应用cT勾画靶区,不同放疗医师间差异(interobser vervariability,IOV)很大,而PET/CT在肺癌靶区勾画中的应用减少了IOV[3],使靶区勾画更加趋于合理可靠。PET/CT的优点固然很多,但其在肺癌的应用中仍有很多局限,PET/CT勾画靶区的方法也在探索中。本文就这两方面进行综述。
