妊娠合并重症新型甲型H1N1流感患者抗H1N1抗体IgG亚类的分布 被引量:2

Distribution of IgG subclasses of anti-H1N1 antibodies in severe new influenza A(H1N1) in pregnant women

摘要 目的探讨妊娠合并重症甲型H1N1流感患者抗H1N1抗体各IgG亚类在血清中的分布特点。方法收集2009年11月14日-12月31日,确诊的女性甲型H1N1流感患者,分为妊娠病例组,非妊娠病例组,同时收集抗甲型H1N1抗体阳性的健康妊娠女性作为妊娠对照组,采用ELISA法检测各组血清特异性IgG及亚类的百分结合率。结果妊娠病例组的IgG2I、gG3I、gG4亚类的百分结合率中位数分别为53.0%、65.0%、61.6%,均低于妊娠对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组的特异性抗甲型H1N1 IgG均以IgG1亚类为主,为>70.0%,妊娠病例组的IgG2亚类占5.0%,低于非妊娠病例组的10.0%和妊娠对照组的8.0%,(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并甲型H1N1流感患者中,特异性抗甲型H1N1 IgG以IgG1亚类为主,IgG2亚类的绝对及相对下降与甲型H1N1感染相关。 OBJECTIVE To study the distribution of IgG subclasses of anti-H1N1 antibodies in severe new influenza A(H1N1) in pregnant women.METHODS The female patient diagnosed as H1N1 virus infections from Nov 14 to Dec 31,2009 were divided to pregnant patients group and non-pregnant patients group.Another group of healthy pregnant female who had a positive anti-H1N1 IgG served as a control group.Serum enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay(ELISA)was performed to examine the combining percentage and constitution ratio of anti-H1N1 IgG subclasses of different groups.RESULTS The median combining percentage of IgG2,IgG3 and IgG4 in pregnant patients were 53.0%,65.0% and 61.6%,respectively,which were lower than those of pregnant control,(P0.05).IgG1 subclass was dominant in anti-H1N1 IgG total in each group.The median constitution ratio of IgG1 in each group were all greater than 70.0%.The median constitution ratio of anti-H1N1 IgG2 subclasses in pregnant patients was 5.0%,which was lower than 10% in non-pregnant patients and 8.0% in pregnant control,(P0.05).CONCLUSION Of the pregnant patients infected with H1N1 virus,IgG1 subclass is dominant in specificity anti-H1N1 IgG total.The absolutely and relatively decrease of IgG2 subclass are correlated with the infection of H1N1.
