摘要
研究了 Ｇ Ｘ Ｃ 木聚糖酶的稳定性． 结果发现： 木聚糖酶具有较好的热稳定性和ｐ Ｈ 稳定性， 对金属离子不敏感， 耐储存， 对胰蛋白酶的耐受性大于胃蛋白酶．
The stability of xylanase was studied. The result showed that the xylanase had good heat stability and pH stability.It was insensitive to metallic ions, stable during storage and more tolerance with pepsin than trypsin.
