摘要
目的：探讨老年心血管病患者的心理护理措施.方法：对76例老年心血管病患者在常规护理基础之上给予心理护理.结果：本组患者在常规治疗的同时有针对性的实施心理护理干预后,治愈36例,好转40例,治愈率和好转率分别达到47.3%和52.6%,住院时间为15-55d,平均23d.结论：心理护理辅助常规护理能明显改善老年患者心理状态,是解除其心理障碍的重要环节,有利于早日恢复健康.
Objecitve ： Discussion old age cardiovascular disease patient＇s psychological nursing measure. Metods.-Gives psychological nursing to 76 example old age cardiovascular disease patient above the conventional nursing foundation. Results：This group of patients have the pointed implementation psychology nursing intervention after conventional treatment, cures 36 examples, changes for the better 40 examples, the cure rate becomes reconciled the rate of rotation respectively to achieve 47.3 % and 52.6 %,in hospital time is 15- 55d, average 23d. Conclusion.. Psychological nursing assistance convention nursing can improve the old age patient psychology obviously, is relieves its psychological barrier the important link, will be advantageous in soon restores the health.
