Advances and clinical significance of 5-HT_(1A) receptor in the etiology of depression

摘要 抑郁症是严重危害人类身心健康的常见精神疾病,被称为"人类第一心理杀手"。其全球发病率为6.1%~9.5%,其中约15%的患者伴有自杀倾向,对社会稳定与经济发展造成了很大的影响[1]。
