摘要
介绍了电力行业标准《电网水调自动化功能规范》的任务来源、编写过程和主要内容,以及编写过程中有关标准名称变更、水调自动化概念定义、水调数据通信机制、运行指标选择等问题。
The task source,drafting process and main contents of the electric power professional standard ＂Function specification for hydropower dispatching automation in power grid＂ are introduced in the paper.And it also describes how to deal with the standard name changing,automation definition and data communication mechanism for hydropower dispatching,system operation index selection,etc.during the drafting.
