摘要
本文针对风机叶轮内流动损失问题,设计加工了4种不同型式的叶片,并通过试验对比分析了各型式叶片对风机气动性能的影响。测试结果表明:改进叶片型式可有效改善叶轮内流动,改进风机结构,提高运行效率。
For reducing the flow loss in the impeller of centrifugal fan,four different types of blades are designed and the influences of each type blade on aerodynamic performance of fan are compared and analyzed based on the test.The experiments show that the improved impeller blade can be effective in improving the impeller flow,fan structure and advancing the operating efficiency.
