摘要
目的研究非离子型造影剂碘比醇在CT检查中的应用价值并观察其效果。方法 3 218例患者经留置静脉套管针高压团注碘比醇80~180 mL进行CT增强及三维重建、CT血管成像（CTA）及CT尿路造影（CTU）检查,观察过敏反应的发生和程度。结果 128例无不适感觉,占3.98%;3 059例有不良耐受反应,占95.06%;31例出现过敏反应,占0.96%,其中30例为轻度反应,1例为中度反应。造影剂渗漏72例,占2.24%。结论碘比醇过敏反应发生率低,检查效果良好,具有广泛的临床应用价值。
Objective Study the application value of non-ionic contrast agent Iobitridol injection in examination of the CT and observe its effects.Method 3 218 cases of patients with indwelling intravenous trocar via way of high-pressure bolus injection to inject Iobitridol 80~180 mL,use the way of examination that CT enhancement and three-dimensional reconstruction,CT angiography（CTA） and CT urography（CTU）,observe the occurrence and extent of allergic reaction.Results 128 cases with no discomfort,accounting for 3.98%;3 059 cases with negative tolerance reaction,accounting for 95.06%,31 cases with allergic reaction,accounting for 0.96%,30 cases of which with mild reaction,1 case with moderate reaction.72 cases with leakage of contrast agent,accounting for 2.24%.Conclusion Iobitridol injection with a low incidence of allergic reaction,the effect of examination is good,with a wide application value of clinical.
