摘要
随着汽车工业的不断发展,装配自动化水平的要求也越来越高。在已有的工艺基础上,提出了自动涂胶密封工艺的实现方法,指出了自动涂胶设计时应考虑的参数选择。根据选定参数对碗形塞孔自动涂胶机进行结构设计。自动涂胶机的设计会使装配生产更加安全可靠,提升了产品的生产效率,获得了广泛的应用。
The continuous development of the automobile industry on the assembly will demand a higher level of automation.Automatic glue sealing technology is put forward in the existing coating Parameters is pointed out in automatic glue design According to the chosen parameters the bowl plug hole automatic glue machine is designed.Not only conducive to the quality of assembly,but also more secure,and increase production efficiency.
