摘要
我国发展低碳经济不仅要借鉴发达国家的成功经验,更要联系经济发展的实际和特点,在法规制度、资金筹措、工作程序、低碳意识教育等各方面,采取一系列激励政策和措施,以构建支撑低碳经济发展相应的政策体系和机制。
To develop the low-carbon economy,China is only to learn from developed countries＇ successful experiences,but also to link the reality and characteristics of economic development.Take a series of incentive policies and measures,such as laws and regulations,financing,work procedure and low-carbon consciousness educationto,to construct the corresponding policy system and mechanism to surpport low carbon development.
