槽式真空集热器散热分析与编程计算 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了一种太阳能槽式真空集热器,描述了其几何结构,分析了其传热过程,建立了一维散热量计算模型,并用Visual Basic编程软件开发了一个槽式真空集热管散热量的计算程序。用该程序计算美国国家可再生能源实验室(NREL)研究的Schott's 2008 PTR70型集热器的散热量,计算结果与实测结果吻合较好;并用该计算程序分析了环境温度、吸热管辐射率和玻璃管导热系数对槽式真空集热器散热量的影响。该计算程序可作为一种实用的分析计算工具,为太阳能槽式真空集热器的设计提供理论计算依据。 One kind of parabolic trough vacuum collector was introduced in this paper,including its geometric structure and heat transfer process.One-dimensional heat loss model of parabolic trough vacuum collector was established,developed by Visual Basic software.The calculation results are agreeable with experimental results which were from National Renewable Energy Laboratory's parabolic trough receiver heat loss test.Based on this software,heat loss influenced by average ambient temperature,absorber emittance,glass thermal conductivity were analyzed.So the heat loss model can be used as a practical analysis and calculation tool for the design of trough receiver in theory.
