摘要
越来越多的地方产业成功地融入了全球生产网络,这种融入的成功与否在很大程度上取决于能否正确认识该产业所面临的价值链的不同特点,特别是在价值链的治理模式方面。本文通过对市场型、网络型、层级制等不同价值链治理模式的对比分析,试图为中国产业顺利融入全球生产网络提供一定的理论基础。
More and more local industries successfully become a part of global production network.In fact,their successes depend greatly on whether the differences in various industries＇ GVC can be realized and emphasized,especially the governance mode of GVC.This article tries to analyze and compare various governance modes of GVC,which the author hopes will provide some theoretical support for the upgrading of Chinese industries and their integration into the global production network.
