摘要
上下异形零件的加工是线切割加工中的一个难点问题。通过对线切割上下异形锥度加工的分析,提出一种上下异形线切割加工的双插补通用算法,可以有效地应用于线切割上下异形零件的加工控制。
It is a difficult problem that machining workpiece with different top and bottom shapes by WEDM.According to the analyses for the machining methods of workpiece with different top and bottom shapes by WEDM,an universal algorithm with dual interpolation for machining workpiece with different top and bottom shapes was put forward.The algorithm is efficient and convenient.
