摘要
积极发展现代农业是社会主义新农村建设和我国现代化建设的一项重大任务。甘肃省为尽快完成从传统农业向现代农业的转变,应针对当前所面临的农业基础设施滞后、产业化水平不高、市场机制不健全、农民素质偏低等问题和困难,通过加强农业基础设施建设、深化农业经济结构调整、转变农业发展方式、加快培育现代新型农民、健全农业发展支撑服务体系和切实保护自然资源等措施,最大限度推动甘肃农业的长久持续快速发展。
It＇s an important task to develop modern agriculture actively in a socialist new countryside construction and chinese modernization. In order to complete from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture as soon as possible,Gansu province should face such problems and difficulties the lagging of current agricultural infrastructure, the low level of industrialization, the unperfeet market mechanism and the low quality of farmers and so on. By strengthening the agricultural infrastructure construction, deepening economic restructur of agriculture, changing in agricultural development, accelerating the development of modern new farmers,improve the service system of agricultural development and effective measures to protect natural resources,in order to promotion the sustained and rapid development of Gansu agriculture maximum.
