合理情绪疗法对乳腺癌患者心理状况影响的临床研究 被引量：6

摘要 近30年来,乳腺癌的发病率一直居于女性肿瘤首位,并在全球范围内以每年2%的速度递增,严重威胁女性身心健康与生命。就目前乳腺癌的心理治疗进展方面而言,多从护理角度出发对患者进行心理疏导，在本研究应用合理情绪疗法（rationalemotivetherapy，RET）理论，从心理学角度出发由专业的心理治疗师对乳腺癌患者进行专业心理干预，通过制订有效的健康教育计划，让乳腺癌患者认识情绪障碍，从而改善其不良心理状态，积极配合治疗。
