摘要
目的:观察中药熏蒸结合穴位注射治疗背肌筋膜炎85例的临床疗效。方法:在我科确诊并治疗的背肌筋膜炎患者85例,选取阿是穴、天宗、肩贞用2%利多卡因100mg+曲安奈德40mg+复方当归注射液4～6ml穴位注射,同时接受中药熏蒸;连续治疗3周后统计临床疗效,并采用VAS计分评价患者治疗前后的疼痛程度。结果:85例患者经治疗后治愈72例,好转12例,未愈1例,有效率达98.8%;患者治疗后的VAS计分明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸结合穴位注射治疗背肌筋膜炎疗效满意,不良反应少,值得临床应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating 85 cases of back muscle fasciitis with fumigation in TCM plus acupoint injection. Methods： During the 85 cases of back muscle fasciitis patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital, selecting ashi point, t＇ien tsung, shoulder with 2% lidocaine 100mgg＋triamcinolone acetonide 40mg＋Danggui Injection 4 - 6ml point injection, also treated with fumigation in TCM; Statistics of the clinical effect after continuous treatment for 3 weeks, and the evaluation the pain intensity before and after treatment with VAS score. Results： In the 85 patients, 72 cases were cured, 12 cases improved, not healed in 1 case, the effective rate was 98.8%; The VAS score of the patients after the treatment was obviously lower than that before the treatment, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating back muscle fasciitis with fumigation in TCM plus acupoint injection has a good effect, the adverse reactions is fewer and it＇s worth in clinical application.
